3M® Lines Solas Grade™

At night or in low light (rain, bad weather), without a retro-reflective device you are only noticed 30 meters away from certain angles.

You are therefore particularly vulnerable on – or along – the road.: motorists, bus drivers or bikers only see you at the last moment. If you are also dressed in dark colors, there is guaranteed danger.

With our stickers well positioned on your helmet, your machine or other compatible support,you become visible 360° and up to more than 250 meters away.

We choose the best materials for your safety. We opted for the Solas Grade™ material developed by 3M™.

Its little name comes from “Safety Of Life At Sea” and tells you its super power:it is very effective in bad weather.It is used by the navy or the air force and has already received several international certifications from organizations such as IMO (International Maritime Organisation) or MED (Marine Equipment Directive).

Its specificities:

• incredible retro-reflection power
• its “honeycomb” appearance which allows improved visibility at wider viewing angles
• its ultra-adhesion which makes them stick almost everywhere.

In most homes, many means of mobility coexist. Vélotaf, late returns of your teenagers, trips on scooters, Sunday morning jogging, roller skating outing, stroller ride for the youngest? When it is dark or bad weather the whole family must make themselves visible along the roads to move more safely.

Not easy to find universal and ultra-efficient equipment? We have designed an accessible multi-use reflective sticker kit to be able to simply equip one or more supports: bicycles, scooters, EDPM, strollers, skateboards... But also accessories that you wear or use while on the move: helmet, rigid basket, top case, etc.

Our 3M® Lines Solas Grade™ do indeed stickon all smooth and rigid supports(plastic, aluminum, etc.) like the classic 3M® Lines. But in addition, you can use them on certain fairly thick flexible materials such as PVC (a big Breton oilskin is fine, a kway ch'ti we forget because it's too thin :-) Be careful in certain rare cases, primers used on clothing could interfere with adhesion. Try neoprene glue!

Our kit is available intwo different versionswhich cover a total surface area of ​​120cm²:

• 8 strips of 1cm x 15cm
• 4 strips of 2cm x 15cm

There are two end options for lines: square or rounded.

We sometimes hesitate to stick this type of sticker because we dread the moment of application: will I be able to apply it properly? Will it hold?

Once applied, the stickers are functional in all circumstances and are even resistant to high-pressure washing.

Unlike a mirror,the retro-reflective reflects the light towards its source through millions of micro-prisms, more than 100 meters away. Solas Grade™ can be seen even from over 250 meters away.

You will shine brightly: with these self-adhesive reflective strips it is very easy to make yourself visible 360°.
