As soon as you place an order, our workshop comes alive to serve you best .
Your orders are prepared with care, in order to best protect your products . Products that are fragile or at risk of being bent are specifically packaged.
Your delivery costs, when you pay them, are kept to a minimum. They include packaging, handling and postage. We advise you to combine your purchases in a single order in order to save on these shipping costs.
For any product delivered without signature, we cannot be held responsible for the deterioration or loss of the package. We will also not be able to undertake research on your behalf.
Only the choice of a delivery point withdrawal or at home against signature will engage us in the responsibility for your parcel until its reception in person. Once the receipt has been signed, we will no longer be responsible for your package and you certify that it has been properly received.

Packages are shipped from Monday to Friday, no later than 24 hours after receipt of your payment (in the event of payment by bank transfer, the collection time must therefore be added to the delay).

Free withdrawal at the Workshop 🥨
The estimated delivery time is indicated when you place your order.
Payment is made online and the products are to be collected (from the next day at the earliest) in our workshop at 9 rue de la gare - 67980 Hangenbieten, near Strasbourg.
There is no weight limit for this mode of withdrawal.
La Poste with tracking
For orders not exceeding 500g, shipments are made with La Poste, with tracking, for 3€.
The costs are FREE from 25€ of products purchased, on all products, for individuals in mainland France and Monaco only.
Estimated delivery time: 2 to 4 working days - in your mailbox - a tracking number will be sent to you by email.
Colissimo collection point (parcel > 500g)
The cost is calculated according to the weight of the package.
Estimated delivery time: 2 to 4 working days - delivered to your post office or Pickup location - a tracking number will be sent to you by email and availability at your chosen Pick-up point will be indicated to you by text message.

Colissimo without signature (parcel > 500g)
The cost is calculated according to the weight of the package.

The post office
For shipments up to 500g, we entrust your orders to La Poste. The cost varies according to the tariffs in force and the country.
- Overseas zone 1 : €4 - estimated time of 3 to 7 working days - a tracking number will be sent to you by email
- Overseas zone 2 : €5 - estimated delivery time of 5 to 10 working days
- European Union & Switzerland : €4 estimated delivery time of 2 to 5 working days
- World : €5 - estimated delivery time of 5 to 10 working days

Worldwide Colissimo
For parcels up to 500g, Colissimo costs vary according to weight and country .
Estimated delivery time: 2 to 10 working days depending on the area - delivered to your home, delivery against signature - a tracking number will be sent to you by email.
* Customs charges may apply for countries outside the European Union. Only EU countries can be delivered without signature, in this case we are no longer responsible and cannot manage incidents of damage or loss of packages.
Colissimo Europe Pick-up Point
For parcels up to 500g, the price of Colissimo Europe Point de Retrait varies according to weight and country .
Estimated delivery time: 2 to 10 working days - delivered to your post office or Pickup location - a tracking number will be sent to you by email and availability at your chosen Pick-up point will be indicated to you by text message.
* Only EU countries can claim this solution. Customs charges may apply for countries outside the European Union.
Return policy
Return a product
The product does not suit you ? Damage ! But don't panic, we have everything planned.
You can return all non-personalized B REFLECTIVE products free of charge, if neither the product nor the packaging has been damaged:
- within 30 days following your order for an exchange,
- within 30 days following your order for a credit note (valid for 1 year on the website www.b-reflective.com),
- within 14 days following your order for a refund.
For a return, please send your request within the time limit, by email (the contact form is just below!) or by mail.
Please let us know the product references to be returned, their number, the reason for the return and your choice (exchange, credit note or refund).
You have fourteen days following receipt of your order (as evidenced by the postmark) to return the products to us at the address below:

Important: If the products arrive damaged, it will be impossible for us to exchange or refund them. They will then be returned to you (with the most economical delivery method offered).
For optimal protection, we advise you to send them back in their original protective carton.
If the error comes from us, you will benefit from the free return of the products but also from the return at our expense of the new products.
Once your return request is validated:
We will send you a .pdf file by email which contains a return slip. You will need to print this slip and tape it to the packaging containing all the products. Once packed, all you have to do is drop it off at an office. From post
We will arrange for you to return your order to us at no additional cost to you. If, however, you have changed your mind between your purchase and receipt of your package, the return will be at your expense.
Upon receipt of the products and validation of their new condition by our services:
In case of credit note or refund: we will send you the voucher by e-mail and via your online account. In case of refund: we will proceed with the refund, by the same means used for payment.
